❋Flower Shop Meets Event Space
Daytime flower shop.
Night time event space.
Transparent & Open Design
The storefront is intentionally open and visually inviting, allowing passersby to experience the beauty of flowers and plants from the street. Inside, the layout prioritizes openness and simplicity, enabling customers to explore and visualize arrangements in an uncluttered, calming environment. The design philosophy is rooted in restraint: less is more.
Maximizing Off-Peak Hours
Traditional flower shops often occupy high-rent, high-foot-traffic locations but close early in the evening and at least one day per week. We activate these underutilized hours by hosting events such as watch parties, trivia nights, dating events, baby showers, bachelorette parties, and more during off-peak times, helping offset fixed rental costs while deepening engagement with the surrounding community.
Rise of third spaces
After more than a decade of increasingly digital lifestyles—driven by social media, dating apps, and intensified by COVID-era lockdowns—both young and middle-aged adults are actively seeking places that foster meaningful, in-person connection.
At the same time, Gen Z is moving away from alcohol, both for social and economic reasons, creating demand for alternative gathering spaces.
